Latham & Watkins Advises the Initial Purchasers in Rockcliff Energy’s Debut Senior Notes Offering

An Austin- and Houston-based corporate deal team on the natural gas company’s offering.

Rockcliff Energy has priced its debut offering of US$700 million aggregate principal amount of 5.5% senior notes due 2029, upsized from a previously announced offering size of US$600 million aggregate principal amount.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents the initial purchasers in the offering with a corporate deal team led by Austin partners Michael Chambers and Dave Miller, with Houston associates Om Pandya, Paul Robe, Anthony Tan, and Kirby Swartz. Advice was also provided on environmental matters by Los Angeles counsel Josh Marnitz; and on tax matters by Houston partner Jim Cole, with associates Marianne Standley and J. Dylan White.
