Latham & Watkins Advises ICON on US$185 Million Financing Round

An Austin-based team advises the construction technologies company in the financing.

ICON, the leading 3D printing technology homebuilder, has announced that it has raised an addition US$185 million in round led by Tiger Global Management.

Latham & Watkins represents ICON in the transaction with an Austin-based team led by partner Scott Craig, with associates Chen Zhang and Cody Conwell.
