Latham & Watkins Advises Area 1 Security in Its US$162 Million Acquisition by Cloudflare

Cloudflare, Inc. (NYSE: NET), the security, performance, and reliability company helping to build a better Internet, has announced that it has agreed to acquire Area 1 Security for US$162 million.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Area 1 Security in the transaction with an M&A deal team led by Bay Area partner Ben Potter and Boston partner Dan Hoffman, with Boston associates Stephen Levy and Michael Casagrande and Bay Area associate Donna Kim.
