Latham & Watkins Advises Allegro MicroSystems in Public Offering by Selling Stockholders

Allegro MicroSystems, Inc., a global leader in sensing and power semiconductor technology, closed its public offering of 17,500,000 shares of common stock to be sold by certain selling stockholders of Allegro at a public offering price of US$30.30 per share on February 9, 2021. In addition, certain of the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,625,000 shares of common stock.
