Latham & Watkins Advises A Cloud Guru in Sale to Pluralsight

A multidisciplinary deal team advises the cloud skills development platform in the transaction.

Pluralsight, Inc., the technology workforce development company, has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire A Cloud Guru (ACG), a leading cloud skills development platform. The acquisition is expected to close later this year, subject to customary closing conditions and follows Vista Equity Partners’ recent acquisition of Pluralsight.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents A Cloud Guru in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Boston partners Hans Brigham and Nate Amory, with assistance from Boston partners John Chory and Evan Smith and Boston associates Laki Triantafylidis, Peter Prial, Martha Anderson, and Henry Adrian van Seventer.
