Vision Technologies Aerospace Inc. (VTA), an aerospace maintenance and engineering group held by Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering), received clearance from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) on April 12, 2019, in connection with its acquisition of MRA Systems, LLC (MRAS), a unit of General Electric Company. CFIUS concluded that there were no unresolved national security issues with respect to the transaction.
