BTI Consulting Group has again cited Latham & Watkins as a leading litigation firm across diverse practices in its BTI Litigation Outlook 2018 report. Based on 350 interviews with corporate counsel, the independent research organization named Latham a “powerhouse” in all six practice area categories in the report: intellectual property litigation, securities and finance litigation, complex commercial litigation, complex employment litigation, product liability, and class actions.

According to BTI, the 2018 report reflects the firms that corporate counsel “are currently turning to for their most pressing litigation needs.”
