Latham & Watkins Advises Wizz Air on its Initial Public Offering

Firm advises longstanding client on premium listing.

Latham & Watkins has advised Wizz Air Holdings Plc, the largest low-cost carrier in Central and Eastern Europe, on its initial public offering of 23,360,008 ordinary shares at £11.50 per ordinary share. Based on the offer price, the fully diluted equity value of Wizz Air Holdings Plc (the “Company”) at listing will be £1,456 million. The Company’s ordinary shares will be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange.

Latham & Watkins represented the Company with a London team led by corporate partner Claire Keast-Butler, with associates Ariel White-Tsimikalis, Sarah Steele and Jennifer Buckby.
