Latham & Watkins Advises Southwestern Energy on its US$350 Million Senior Notes Offering

A corporate deal team advised the natural gas company in the transaction.

Southwestern Energy Company has announced the pricing of its public offering of US$350 million aggregate principal amount of 8.375% senior notes due 2028. The Notes will be sold to the public at a price of 100% of their face value. The expected settlement date for the Offering is August 27, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
