Marel hf. (Marel), a leading global provider of advanced food processing equipment, systems, software, and services to the poultry, meat, and fish industries, has set the final price for the shares (the Offer Shares) sold in the offering and listing on Euronext Amsterdam (the Offering) at €3.70 per Offer Share (the Offer Price), implying a market capitalisation for Marel of €2.82 billion. The shares offered are equivalent to approximately 15% of Marel’s total issued share capital.
Citi and J.P. Morgan are acting as Joint Global Coordinators (The Joint Global Coordinators) for the offering and dual listing, ABN AMRO, ING, and Rabobank are acting as Joint Bookrunners, and Arion Bank and Landsbankinn are acting as Joint-Lead Managers and Icelandic Retail Managers.
Latham & Watkins advised the Joint Global Coordinators, the Joint Bookrunners, and the Joint-Lead Managers in the transaction with a capital markets deal team led from London by partner James Inness, with partner Olof Clausson and associates Johan Dagergard and Marc Galeotti.
