Latham & Watkins Advises Hellman & Friedman on its Acquisition of a 70 Percent Stake in Scout24

Deutsche Telekom AG announced the signing of a definitive agreement to sell a 70 percent stake in Scout24 Holding GmbH to Hellman & Friedman LLC at an Enterprise Value of EUR 2 billion.

Deutsche Telekom AG announced the signing of a definitive agreement to sell a 70 percent stake in Scout24 Holding GmbH to Hellman & Friedman LLC at an Enterprise Value of EUR 2 billion. Deutsche Telekom will retain a 30 per cent stake in Scout24. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2014 and is subject to customary closing conditions. 

The Latham & Watkins team was led in London by corporate partner David Walker and finance partner Christopher Hall, and in Germany by Frankfurt corporate partners Hans-Jürgen Lutt and Gregor Klenk.
