Latham & Watkins Advises Fabric in its US$18 Million Series B Funding

A New York-based emerging companies team advised the family financial platform in its financing.
Fabric, an innovator in helping parents protect their family's financial future, has announced it has raised US$18 million in Series B funding, led by CNO Financial Group with participation from Guardian Life, Nippon Life, Samsung Ventures, Securian Ventures, and existing investors, including Bessemer Venture Partners. The funding will enable Fabric to further accelerate its growth and expand its suite of products to help more families achieve long-term financial security.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Fabric in the transaction with an emerging companies team led by New York partner David Concannon, with New York associates Andrew Modell, Teddy Ellison and Daniel Grill.
