Bright Machines, a San Francisco based company, has launched its US$179 million Series A financing. The company aims to make manufacturing smarter and more efficient through a software-driven approach to help meet the growing demands of the industry.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Bright Machines in the financing with a Silicon Valley-based team led by partners Patrick Pohlen, Anthony Klein and Ben Potter with associates Saad Khanani, Jonathan Stone, Gil Ofir, and Betsie Stukenborg. Advice was also provided on tax matters by San Francisco partner Kirt Switzer with Silicon Valley associate Ashley Wagner and San Francisco associate Alan Beadle.
