Two Latham Litigators Appointed to ICC Court

Partner Claudia Salomon Appointed Vice President and Partner Sophie Lamb QC Selected as UK Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

The World Council, the supreme governing body of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), has appointed two of Latham’s International Arbitration Practice Global Co-Chairs to prestigious positions for the International Court of Arbitration’s upcoming term. Commencing July 1, New York partner Claudia Salomon will serve as one of the Vice Presidents of the Court for a three-year term, ending in 2021. 

Fellow International Arbitration Global Co-Chair Sophie Lamb QC, who earlier this year was appointed Queen’s Counsel along with Latham partner Philip Clifford QC, was also honored by the ICC World Council, selected to serve the International Court of Arbitration in their upcoming term as UK Member of the Court.

Additionally, Latham has two members on the ICC Commission on Arbitration & ADR: Philip Clifford QC and Hong Kong partner Simon Powell.
