Finance Partner Inducted as a Fellow of The American College of Bankruptcy

Latham & Watkins is pleased to announce that finance partner David Heller has been inducted as a Fellow of The American College of Bankruptcy.  Heller is one of 40 nominees being inducted in the Twenty-Second Class (2011) of College Fellows, based “on a record of achievement reflecting the highest standards of professionalism.” Heller serves as Global Chair of Latham & Watkins' Finance Department and has advised on a number of high profile, ground-breaking Chapter 11 proceedings and restructurings across numerous industries. The College Fellows “are being honored and recognized for their professional excellence and exceptional contributions to the fields of bankruptcy and insolvency,” stated the American College of Bankruptcy.  The American College of Bankruptcy is an honorary professional and educational association of bankruptcy and insolvency professionals.
