Corporate Partners Receive The M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders Award

Silicon Valley partner Mark Bekheit and Washington, D.C. partner Cory Tull have been selected as winners of The M&A Advisor’s 2019 Emerging Leaders Award, which recognizes leading dealmakers under age 40 who have reached a significant level of success and made notable contributions to the industry and their communities. 

Bekheit advises on headline-making strategic corporate transactions primarily in the technology and life sciences industries, including public and private company mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, tender and exchange offers, joint ventures, and minority investments for strategic and private equity clients. He also provides general corporate representation and strategic planning for publicly-traded and privately-held companies. Bekheit previously served as the lead in-house corporate lawyer of a Silicon Valley-based Fortune 500 company in its acquisitions and strategic investments in the consumer and enterprise data storage industries. 

Tull represents some of the most highly-regarded and active private equity firms in the industry, as well as private and public companies, in domestic and cross-border transactions across an array of industries, including consumer products, sports and entertainment, manufacturing, aerospace and defense, healthcare, and technology. He advises on mergers and acquisitions and other complex business transactions, including leveraged buyouts, global carve-outs, joint ventures, divestitures, controlling and minority investments, and other strategic transactions, as well as general corporate governance and transactional matters.
