BTI’s Industry Power Rankings 2017 report recognizes law firms that “clients consider both their leading primary provider and the first firm they recommend to peers.”
BTI Consulting Group has again ranked Latham among an elite group of law firms delivering excellent client service. Latham earned a top spot on BTI’s Industry Power Rankings, which is based on feedback from more than 960 corporate counsel and legal decision makers who participated in an independent survey conducted by BTI.
According to BTI, the best client relationships combine a client’s preference for a firm and a willingness to spontaneously endorse the firm to others, a state BTI has coined as “Clientopia®.” Latham ranked among the top firms in the select grouping with the most such client relationships.
