Latham & Watkins was thrilled to receive a top score of 100 percent in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), “the [US] national benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices and benefits pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees.”

The CEI recognizes those companies whose LGBTQ+-inclusive policies and practices help to foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

“At Latham, our diversity makes us who we are,” said partner Kem Ihenacho, Global Chair of the firm’s Diversity Leadership Committee. “We’re honored to have been recognized by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation as one of the Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality every year for over a decade.”
