PANDORA’s €1.524bn IPO is Largest Nordic Financial Sponsor Listing, With Latham & Watkins Advising Syndicate of Banks

Latham & Watkins advised the joint global co-ordinators and joint bookrunners Goldman Sachs International, J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd., Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and Nordea Markets (Division of Nordea Bank Danmark A/S), and co-lead managers Carnegie Bank A/S and SEB Enskilda, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) on PANDORA’s €1.524bn IPO on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen. The total volume of the transaction makes it the largest Nordic financial sponsor IPO and the second largest Nordic private sector IPO. According to Dealogic, the IPO is Europe’s fourth-largest so far this year.

The Latham & Watkins capital markets team was led by London corporate partners Olof Clausson and Antti Ihamuotila, together with associates Christina Del Vecchio and Phillip Stoup. The deal team also included counsel David Kuiper on IP, and partner Jiyeon Lee-Lim and associate Matthew Dewitz on tax.
