Global Entertainment, Sports & Media Practice Recognized in 2020 Dealmakers Impact Report

The largest team ever to be selected, 11 members of Latham's global Entertainment, Sports & Media transactional team were recognized as leading entertainment industry dealmakers in the annual Variety Dealmakers Impact Report. Variety selected those that have “forged ahead amid a pandemic and an economic near-collapse.” In its published profile, Variety chose to highlight Latham's largest team to date. Partners Joseph Calabrese, Nancy Bruington, Kenneth Deutsch, Justin Hamill, Robert Haymer, Patrick Mitchell, Rick Offsay, Frank Saviano, Lisbeth Savill, Adam Sullins and Jonathan West — were honored for their roles in notable industry transactions during the past year and continued contributions guiding some of the industry's most significant deals. The Latham list was notable not just for the number of lawyers included, but for the geographic reach of the group, comprised of partners from the Century City, New York and London offices.
