Firm Partners with Ron Brown Scholar Program

The program provides academic scholarships, service opportunities, and leadership experiences for young African Americans of outstanding promise.

05 December 2018

The Ron Brown Scholar Program was established in 1996 to provide academic scholarships, service opportunities, and leadership experiences for young African Americans of outstanding promise. The program seeks to accelerate their progress into leadership positions in a wide spectrum of professions while instilling a dedication to service. Latham is proud to announce that it has become a Leaders Network Corporate Partner. Through this partnership, Ron Brown students will be connected to many career opportunities at Latham, including its Business Services Trainee Program for new graduates and fellowships for incoming US law students. Current law students will be invited to apply for summer internships and to attend our annual Diversity Leadership Academy.

The Ron Brown Leaders Network is comprised of 1,200 Ron Brown students and its corporate partners, who provide a trusted source of job and internship opportunities facilitated through networking and recruiting activities, including an annual conference.
