Institute for Energy Law's 72nd Annual Oil and Gas Law Conference

Partners Trevor Lavelle and Paul Davies will join other legal leaders in the oil and gas industry to speak on panels at this year's event.


Partners Trevor Lavelle and Paul Davies will be speaking at the Institute for Energy Law’s 72nd Annual Oil & Gas Law Conference, which will be held virtually on April 21-23. This year’s program brings together legal leaders in the oil and gas industry for excellent education programming and multiple social and networking opportunities with a diverse audience. 

Trevor will be moderating a transactional panel discussing “Distressed Debt Exchanges,” analyzing the recent proliferation of out-of-court restructurings of upstream company debt. Paul will be speaking on a litigation panel discussing “Climate Change Litigation Around the World,” providing practical advice to corporations on how to create an effective ESG policy that mitigates environmental risk.
