Restructuring & Special Situations Scholars Program
The Restructuring & Special Situations Scholars Program gives enterprising US law students a chance to be a part of one of the world’s largest restructuring and special situations practices, delivering innovative and bespoke solutions for clients.
As a Restructuring & Special Situations Scholar, you will work closely with our lawyers advising the full array of stakeholders involved with financially distressed businesses, including debtors, all types of creditors, equity holders, new investors, purchasers of distressed assets, boards of directors, and senior management teams. You’ll receive practical, hands-on training, and be a part of a highly talented, cross-border team, collaborating with market-leading practices, including the firm’s tax, M&A, private equity, capital markets, employment and benefits and debt finance groups. Restructuring & Special Situations Scholars will see the best of both worlds as the group’s work involves a mix of transactional and litigation work.
Restructuring & Special Situations Scholars Program applications will be accepted in our Chicago, Los Angeles/Century City, New York, and Washington, D.C. offices. Sign up to be notified when 2024 applications open.
