Zoë Hutchinson is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Hutchinson was a summer associate in the Washington D.C. office. She also served as a senior consultant for FTI Consulting, where she developed and managed electronic discovery workflow for complex commercial and regulatory litigation.

Ms. Hutchinson focuses her practice on antitrust merger control across a number of industries, including medical technology, pharmaceuticals, energy, and industrial products and services.

While earning her JD from Georgetown University Law Center, Ms. Hutchinson served as the online editor for the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics, assistant logistics director of Barristers Council – Appellate Advocacy, and research assistant for Professors Tanina Rostain and Mitt Regan, focusing in research on the state of the legal industry.
