Shirley Wong is an associate in the Financial Regulatory Practice in the firm’s Hong Kong office and a member of the Corporate Department and Financial Institutions Group. 

Ms. Wong focuses on financial regulations, including licensing matters, conduct of business, product development and marketing, prime brokerage arrangements, intermediary and distribution arrangements, and fintech.
