Sebastien Wadier is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Mr. Wadier was a summer associate in the Los Angeles office.

Mr. Wadier earned his JD from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he served as a senior articles editor for the Berkeley Journal of Employment & Labor Law and was a member of the Board of Advocates. He won awards for Best Brief, Best Oral Argument, and first place overall in the Roger J. Traynor Moot Court Competition. During law school, Mr. Wadier received the American Jurisprudence Award in Copyright Law and Consumer Protection and the Prosser Prize in Property, and upon graduation, he was elected to the Order of the Coif.

Prior to law school, Mr. Wadier earned his AB in philosophy from Princeton University cum laude and worked as a paralegal for a leading litigation boutique in New York.
