Sarah O’Connor is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. O’Connor represents public and private companies across many sectors including technology, music, and energy in all phases of litigation. In addition to her commercial matters, she also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. O’Connor worked as a summer associate in the San Francisco office and as a legal intern for the California Attorney General’s Office and the San Francisco District Attorney’s Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit. She received her JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. While in law school, she served as an articles editor for Berkeley Law’s Ecology Law Quarterly and was a member of the Political and Election Empowerment Project. 

Ms. O’Connor received her BA from the University of Notre Dame, where she studied Political Science and American Studies and graduated summa cum laude.
