Sarah Loiselle

Sarah Loiselle is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Loiselle represents private equity sponsors and public and private company clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, “take-private” transactions, divestitures, venture capital and other growth-based investments, recapitalizations and restructurings, as well as in related corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Loiselle was an associate at a leading international law firm.
