Sami El-Kebbi is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. He represents public and private companies and private equity funds on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. His experience includes carve-outs, company restructurings, and cross-border transactions, among others, as well as a secondment at a major foreign banking organization.

Mr. El-Kebbi also consistently engages in pro bono matters, which have included immigration and naturalization applications, advising artists and small businesses, and actions to promote increased government transparency.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Mr. El-Kebbi was a summer associate in the firm’s New York office. Prior to attending law school, Mr. El-Kebbi worked for two years at a creative marketing studio in Atlanta, Georgia in business development and web production roles. He also freelanced as a background actor, appearing in films and television shows.
