Saksham (Sam) Chaturvedi is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department and Banking Practice.
Mr. Chaturvedi represents senior and mezzanine lenders, borrowers, and private equity sponsors on a wide variety of financing transactions, including syndicated senior facilities, second lien facilities, and mezzanine financings in connection with mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, recapitalizations, and debt restructurings.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Chaturvedi earned his LLM from Columbia Law School after working as a corporate attorney in Mumbai, India.
