Saishruti (Sai) Mutneja is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice.

Ms. Mutneja represents market leading companies in intellectual property litigation, particularly high-stakes, complex, multijurisdictional cases. Ms. Mutneja litigates patent and other complex cases for a broad spectrum of companies, both as defendants and as plaintiffs.

Ms. Mutneja also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum with Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto. Ms. Mutneja also graduated from Berkeley Law with honors for her commitment to pro bono work.

While in law school in India, Ms. Mutneja interned for the Chief Justice of India, Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar.
