Ryan Parker is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Parker represents private companies and financial institutions in connection with contract disputes, securities litigation, and white collar defense litigation.

Mr. Parker maintains an active pro bono practice, representing voting rights organizations and consumer protection advocates.

While attending law school, Mr. Parker served as the senior acquisitions editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy and as an honors fellow in the school’s Lawyering Program.

In his third year, Mr. Parker worked as an extern at the New York Attorney General’s Office in Syracuse, New York. He also served as the judicial codes counselor for Cornell University.
