Rosey Grattan

Rosey Jamail is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins. Her practice focuses on domestic and international corporate transactions in the energy industry.

Ms. Jamail earned her JD from the University of Texas School of Law, where she served on the executive boards of the Texas Business Law Society and the Women’s Law Caucus, and was an editor on the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law.

Prior to beginning her legal career, Ms. Jamail was a technical specialist in the industrial automation industry.
