Rob LaCroix is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Mr. LaCroix’s practice covers a variety of litigation matters, among them contract, fraud, M&A, and shareholder litigation. He has represented clients in federal and state courts, as well as in commercial arbitrations, and has been a member of several trial teams.
He received his JD from Stanford Law School, where he was editor-in-chief of the Stanford Journal of International Law and was a student attorney for the International Human Rights Clinic. During law school, Mr. LaCroix was a judicial extern for Judge Solomon Oliver, Jr. of the Northern District of Ohio.
