Pierce Pandolph advises clients on transactional and international tax matters, primarily the tax consequences of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, private equity investments, public offerings of debt and equity securities, and financing transactions.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Pandolph began his career in private practice in New York as an associate at a global law firm.
