Pierce Pandolph advises clients on transactional and international tax matters, primarily the tax consequences of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, private equity investments, public offerings of debt and equity securities, and financing transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Pandolph began his career in private practice in New York as an associate at a global law firm.

Mr. Pandolph has authored on an array of tax related topics including, “The Partnership Active Trade or Business in Corporate Divisions,” Tax Notes, June 2018.

Mr. Pandolph’s experience includes representing:

  • NVDIA in its US$40 billion acquisition of Arm, which was the largest semiconductor deal in history
  • Aon in its US$1 billion senior notes financing
  • Lyra Theraputics in its IPO
  • Aon in its US$80 billion combination with Willis Towers Watson
