Patrick (Pad) Rosand

Pad Rosand is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Project Development & Finance Practice.

Pad represents a variety of financial institutions, strategic sponsors, and developers in connection with project financings, acquisition financings, and other energy- and infrastructure-related financing transactions.

Pad previously represented a diverse array of financial institutions and corporate borrowers in banking and corporate finance transactions, including at another major US law firm in New York.

Prior to law school, Pad served as a sergeant in the US Army.
