• Bain Capital Credit on its investment, alongside Alsea, S.A.B. de C.V. and Alia Capital Partners, of a 21.1% stake in Food Service Project, S.A., a leading European operator of restaurants and coffee shops
• Aernnova, leading aerostructures company specialized in the design and manufacturing of aerostructures and components, in its covenant-lite refinancing consisting of a €490 million term loan B and a €100 million revolving credit facility
• JP Morgan in the €1.4 billion financing of NorteGas Energía Distribución, S.A.U. after its acquisition by Covalis Capital and White Summit Capital, among others
• A syndicate of lenders in the issuance of senior secured bonds by Adevinta for a total amount of €1.060 billion and in the establishment of a revolving facilities agreement
• Baywa, a globally active group with the core segments of, energy, agriculture, and building materials, on €1.7 billion ESG-linked syndicated facilities agreement
• The Carlyle Group in the financing of the acquisition of 37.4% of Spanish oil and gas conglomerate CEPSA from Mubadala Investment Company
• The Carlyle Group in the financing of the €390 million acquisition of Codorniú
• Elior Group, one of the world's leading operators in contract catering and support services, in the issuance of senior secured bonds for a total amount of €550 million
• Triton Partners, as sponsor, in Befesa’s €636 million post-IPO refinancing.
