    Ondrej represents private equity sponsors and public companies in a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and other corporate governance and business transactions across various industries.

    He received his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Prior to joining Latham, Ondrej was a corporate associate at another leading international law firm in its Palo Alto and Los Angeles offices.
