Latham & Watkins Named Capital Markets Law Firm of the Year
Chambers USA recognized the firm as a “powerhouse in the capital markets space.”
Nimrah Khan is a corporate associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.
Ms. Khan advises public and private companies on various corporate transactions. Her experience includes:
- Public and private financing transactions
- Initial public offerings (IPOs)
- Strategic corporate transactions
- General corporate representation
As part of her pro bono practice, Ms. Khan advises non-profits on corporate formation, individuals on asylum and immigration matters, and participates in local eviction clinics to assist low-income Bay Area residents.
During law school, she served on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law Review, as well as founder and president of the South Asian Law Student Association and vice president of Women of Color, an organization that promotes the welfare of minority women at the law school.
