Nicholas Lessin is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Lessin focuses on white collar defense and investigations, representing clients in high-stakes government investigations, complex commercial litigation, and compliance reviews.

Mr. Lessin primarily advises healthcare and life sciences companies in matters involving the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and their state analogs. Mr. Lessin represents a wide range of industry clients, including:

Pro Bono

Mr. Lessin’s pro bono efforts include being actively involved in the National Veterans Legal Services Program, which works to ensure the government delivers, to veterans and active duty personnel, the benefits to which they are entitled because of disabilities resulting from their military service.
