Natalie Pita is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Antitrust & Competition Practice.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Pita clerked for Judge Terrence W. Boyle in the Eastern District of North Carolina.

While in law school, Ms. Pita served as the editor-in-chief for Volume 30 of the Duke Law Journal for Comparative & International Law. She also interned for a law firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Prior to and during law school, Ms. Pita worked as a stringer for The New York Times.

Ms. Pita’s experience includes advising:

  • A US company facing DOJ investigations into hiring practices (no-poach/non-solicitation)
  • A pharmaceutical biotechnology company in a defamation case in the Eastern District of North Carolina, taking over from the company’s prior counsel after a jury awarded the plaintiff the largest defamation verdict in the state’s history
