Mohini P.B. Rarrick



Mohini P.B. Rarrick is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department.

Ms. Rarrick advises clients on corporate restructuring and insolvency matters, including chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. She represents a variety of stakeholders, including debtors, creditors, investors, and professionals in all facets of restructuring matters across an array of industries and sectors.

Ms. Rarrick maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking caregiver custody of children in connection with the Children’s Law Center of D.C. and veterans rights associations and domestic abuse victims through policy and legislative advocacy.

Ms. Rarrick serves on the Latham & Watkins D.C. Charitable Contributions and Community Service Committee and is a member of the South Asian Bar Association of D.C.
