Matthew G. Mrazek

Matthew Mrazek is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Mrazek represents corporate clients in real estate matters.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Mr. Mrazek was an associate at a full-service Chicago law firm, where his practice focused on real estate and corporate transactional work.

Mr. Mrazek graduated cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he served as the Appellate Brief Writer for the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Team. During law school, Mr. Mrazek also worked in the Loyola Business Law Clinic, where he provided legal representation to both for-profit and not-for-profit clients.
