Martha Crnkovic

Martha Crnkovic is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Crnkovic represents technology-driven public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestments, carve-out transactions, and general commercial matters. 

She advises clients on a variety of transactions within the technology sector, including software and services, technology hardware and equipment, and networks, with a special interest in medical technology and digital health platforms.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Crnkovic spent time seconded to the Australian Government, advising on its flagship technology and innovation investment program. More recently, Ms. Crnkovic was seconded to the largest media buyer in the UK, advising on a broad range of technology transactions.
