Prior to joining Latham's Hong Kong office, Ms. Sajdik was a member of the firm’s Data & Technology Transactions Practice in London. During this time, Ms. Sajdik completed a secondment in the firm’s Hong Kong office where she primarily worked on complex private and public merger and acquisition transactions.

Ms. Sajdik’s experience includes advising:

  • A variety of multinational clients on compliance with the GDPR, including with regards to transparency notices, data subject access requests, and data transfer solutions
  • A global professional services firm on its endeavor to run a “best-in-class” privacy impact assessment (PIA) program globally
  • A global payment services provider on data privacy and intellectual property issues related to the launch of a global permissioned blockchain digital currency
  • A variety of private equity clients on complex commercial, data privacy, and intellectual property issues arising in the context of private equity and merger and acquisition transactions
  • A global pharmaceuticals company on the management of their global IP portfolio
