Ms. Ranger represents film and television studios, independent production companies, streaming platforms, financial institutions, investors, and other entertainment and media clients on complex entertainment-specific mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures, equity and debt financing transactions, content production, financing and distribution arrangements, and the capitalization, formation, and launch of new media platforms.

In 2022, Ms. Ranger was named as one of Hollywood’s New Leaders by Variety, which recognizes Hollywood’s top new talent across representation, law, music, film, and TV.
