Kimberley de Looze is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department and the Project Development & Finance Practice.

Ms. de Looze represents a variety of financial institutions, private equity firms, strategic sponsors, and developers in connection with the development, financing, acquisition, and divestment of energy and infrastructure projects, with a focus on the renewable energy sector. 

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. de Looze worked in the project development practice of a major international law firm based in New York, representing lenders and public authorities in relation to the development and financing of a variety of large scale public infrastructure projects.
