Kimberley Barker is a banking associate in the Finance Department of Latham & Watkins' London office.

Ms. Barker focuses on all aspects of core and hybrid infrastructure, acting for a wide range of infrastructure funds, bank lenders, and institutional investors.  

Prior to joining Latham, she worked at a Magic Circle firm in London and for a global law firm in both London and Johannesburg.

Ms. Barker’s experience includes acting as:

  • Lender counsel to club lenders under the Streem Holding (formerly Ermewa Holding) capex facility
  • Borrower counsel on an Isle of Man telecoms company in its refinancing
  • Lender counsel to lenders on an Icelandic data center refinancing
  • Borrower counsel to a German rolling stock company on the implementation of its common debt platform*
  • Issuer counsel to a UK gas company under its OpCo and MidCo multicurrency and secured debt platforms*
  • Issuer counsel to a UK water company on its multicurrency bond program*
  • Lender counsel to a syndicate of UK and European banks on a Finnish electricity company's HoldCo refinancing*
