Kenneth Hagan is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Hagan represents issuers, underwriters, emerging companies, and investment companies in connection with:

  • Initial public offerings
  • Public and private debt and equity offerings
  • DeSPAC merger transactions
  • Public company representation
  • Early-stage formation and strategy

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Hagan worked in the New York offices of other leading international law firms, served as director of finance in a financial technology startup company, and was a Certified Public Accountant in the audit practice of KPMG LLP.
