Kathy Le Phan is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Phan advises clients on general securities, corporate governance, and public reporting matters. Ms. Phan represents public and private companies in connection with corporate and transactional matters, including capital markets transactions, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Phan was an associate in the Houston office of a leading international law firm, focusing on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.
